Chelf is provided by Stone Nimbus. We want you to be happy with your subscription. If you're not, we offer a 30-day money-back guaranteeon your purchase.

How it works

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date for any reason.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Chelf orders.
To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at hello@chelf.app and we'll help you.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through the Paddle customer portal. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
