1. Who you are contracting with

Chelf ("Chelf", "the service") is provided by Stone Nimbus("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Chelf, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Chelf lets you save, organise, and reference recipes from URLs and screenshots. Features and limits may change over time as we improve the product.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your account credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into these terms, or have authority to bind the organisation you represent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use Chelf for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
Engage in fraud, spam, or abuse of other users or the service.
Infringe any intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
Interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including via malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing technical limits.
Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of recipes, notes, and other content you save to Chelf. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, and process your content solely to operate and provide the service to you.

6. Intellectual property

Stone Nimbus owns and retains all rights in the Chelf software, branding, design, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms and your subscription plan.

7. Subscriptions, payments, and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for refund details.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep Chelf running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service for: material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies. You may stop using the service at any time and cancel your subscription through Paddle.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us (via Paddle) in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stone Nimbus is established, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
